Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Cube bread - mix with all ingredients, except ketchup, on low speed with fat beater until blended (do not over-mix).
3. Press meat mixture into 5 x 9 pans (1 pan per 2 pounds ground beef).
4. Spread ketchup over top of meatloaf.
5. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
