Ham, cured, low sodium
Pineapple, chunks, w/juice, canned, drained

1. Cut cooked, cold low sodium ham into small cubes.
2. Alternate putting ham, pineapple, & grapes onto skewers or toothpicks.
4. Serve cold - each serving should have 1 oz ham cubes + 1/4 cup pineapple chunks + 1/4 cup grapes.
** Cook ham a day prior to service, or used precooked ham.
**May use fresh pineapple chunks if in season.
