Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Wash & slice vegetables into inch long sticks/slices - season with pepper (optional).
3. Place pork directly into pan - cover with sliced vegetables & herbs.
4. Pour apple juice or cider over top of meat & vegetables.
5. Cover with foil & bake until tender & temperature reaches 155°F.
6. Serve 3 oz cooked meat & 1/2 cup vegetables per serving.

Notes

**This recipe can be used for pork loin roast or chops.

** May substitute apple juice with apple cider.
