Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Dice & cooked chicken & place in hotel pan.
3. Add chopped onions & frozen vegetables - cover.
4. Cook on stovetop, stirring occasionally - cook until vegetables are almost tender.
5. Prepare mashed potatoes from fresh or instant potatoes without salt - set aside.
6. Add soup & water to meat/vegetable mixture - str.
7. Place in hotel pans & place 1/3 cup (#12 scoop) scoops of mashed potatoes on top of meat/vegetable mixture & sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
8. Bake for 30 minutes to reheat & hold.
9. Serve 1 cup meat mixture & 1/3 cup of mashed potatoes per serving.

Notes

**May substitute any frozen vegetables for variety

**May also serve over 1/3 cup mashed potatoes per serving instead of on top.
