Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Cut beef into servings (4 servings per pound).
3. Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, & pepper.
4. Mix eggs & milk together.
5. Dip beef into egg mixture then dredge into four mixture.
6. Brown coated beef in hot oil (use nonstick spray to help reduce sticking).
7. Place beef in hotel pans, slightly overlapping.
8. Add a little water to keep from drying out - cover with foil.
9. Bake for 40-60 minutes until fork tender & reaches 165°F.
