Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Brown ground beef - drain off fat.
3. Add water to ground beef & bring to a boil - str in dry egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, & dehydrated onions.
4. Transfer to hotel pan cover tightly with foil & bake for 20 minutes.
5. Stir in sour cream - return to oven or move to steam table for 10 additional minutes.
6. Serve immediately.
