Instructions

1. Saute beef & taco seasoning until beef is browned
2. In large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, first listed grated cheddar cheese, & first listed chopped onions
3. Str biscuit mix & water together to form a soft dough - pat dough on bottom & 1/2 inch up sides of greased pans
4. Saute second listed chopped onions & chopped bell peppers until slightly tender
5. On top of biscuit mix, evenly distribute in the following order: ground beef mixture, tomatoes, green pepper, & onion mixture,
jalapeno peppers, sour cream mixture, & second listed grated cheddar cheese
6. Bake at 325 F for 40 minutes or until edges of dough are lightly browned
7. Cut into 2"x4" servings

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again

- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher
