Instructions

1. Wash & prepare vegetables.
2. Crumble raw lean ground beef & coat with four.
3. Brown ground beef with onions - add low sodium beef broth.
4. Bring to a simmer - add all vegetables, wine (optional), & seasonings.
5. Simmer, covered, for 1/2-1 hour to blend seasonings & cook vegetables.
6. Discard bay leaf & serve.

Notes

** Stew meat can be used in place of ground beef.
