Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F - line baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Wash & prepare pineapple: remove rind, slice in half then quarters, remove tough core
3. Slice each wedge in half & place on prepared baking sheet
4. Brush pineapple with half of the melted butter & sprinkle with 4 tbsp sugar
5. Roast for 15 minutes
6. Flip pineapple wedges & brush with remaining butter - roast for another 15 minutes
Notes
Food Handling :
