Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Place chicken breasts in 2-3 full steam table pans - bake for 20-30 minutes or until reaches 165 F
3. Meanwhile, make cream soup base according to package directions - add spices & stir
4. Pour sauce over chicken & turn oven down to 200 F to hold until serving time
Notes
Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again
after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
