Instructions

**There will be some gravy & stuffing leftover when making this recipe


1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Lightly pepper pork loins
3. Bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
4. While pork is cooking - make pork gravy & stuffing mix according to package directions
5. Slice pork into 3 oz portions
6. To serve - place 1/3 c prepared stuffing on plate or Oliver Tray, place pork on top, & pour 1 1/2 oz gravy over top

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again
after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 155 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher.
