Instructions

**Use Villa Prima Pizza Crusts, 24 oz each, Frozen or equivalent
**Makes 2 half size cookie sheet pizzas per 20 servings


1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Remove crust from freezer & place on greased cookie sheet
3. Combine BBQ sauce & ranch dressing together - cover each crust with BBQ sauce mixture
4. Divide chicken & place on top of BBQ sauce layer
5. Top with cheese
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes
7. Cut each pan into 10 pieces

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again

- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher
