Instructions

**May substitute all pineapple instead of pineapple & mandarin oranges


1. Drain pineapple - reserve amount of juice called for in recipe.
2. Drain mandarin oranges.
3. Wash, peel, & grate or thinly slice carrots.
4. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper (optional), & pineapple juice.
5. Combine fruits & vegetables - add vinegar-oil mixture.
6. Refrigerate & serve at 40°F or less.

Notes

Food Handling :
