Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. On waxed paper - combine paprika, first measure of garlic powder, thyme, mustard, sage, cumin, & pepper.
3. Coat both sides of raw pork chops with mixture - arrange in a single layer on baking pan.
4. Slice onions & place on top of pork chops.
5. Cover with foil - bake for 25 minutes.
6. While baking - prepare sauce: combine margarine, parsley, & second measure of garlic powder in bowl; microwave on high untl
melted.
7. Spoon sauce over pork chops before serving.
8. Pork chops may be transferred to steamtable pans & covered with foil for a short time to keep hot until service.

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again
after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 155 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher.
