Instructions
1. Place frst 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl & mix using electric mixer untl slushly.
2. Gently mix mandarin oranges & sliced bananas - fold into slush mixture.
3. Place in pans approximately 1 inch thick.
4. Cover with plastc wrap & freeze overnight.
5. Remove from freezer 1 1/2 hours prior to serving.
6. Cut into 10 equal servings.
Notes
Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again
after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
- Wash raw fruits and vegetables before using them in food preparation.
Holding :
- Hold for cold service at an internal temperature of 41 F or lower.
Storing :
- Store refrigerated at an internal temperature of 38 - 40 F.
