Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray - place diced potatoes in a single layer (leave room on tray to add meat later).
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, Mrs. Dash, & black pepper - pour over potatoes & str.
4. Place potatoes in the oven & bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown & crispy.
5. Meanwhile - melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
6. Add onion & cook until brown & translucent.
7. Stir in diced corned beef & cook until slightly browned - add Worcestershire sauce.
8. Add corned beef mixture to the potatoes - bake for additional 20-25 minutes.
9. Drop the oven temperature down to hold until serving time.
10. Serve 1 cup per person.

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again
after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher.
