Instructions
1. Partially thaw strawberries - cut into pieces.
2. Take 1/2 of strawberries & smash just slightly with a potato masher until they start to release juice.
3. Sprinkle 1/4 of the sugar measure over the strawberries & let sit for 5 minutes.
4. Cream together cream cheese & remaining sugar - beat until fluffy.
5. Add the smashed strawberries, remaining strawberries, slightly drained pineapple, & sliced bananas to cream cheese mixture.
6. Fold in Cool Whip.
7. Scoop out individual 5 oz portion cups & freeze.
8. Pull out of freezer just before serving.
Notes
