Instructions

1. Scrub & eye potatoes leaving skin on.
2. Dice or quarter potatoes.
3. Boil potatoes in water for 20-30 minutes or until tender; drain (or can substitute 1/2 cup re hydrated dried potato slices per serving).
4. Melt margarine & mix with parsley - pour over drained potatoes.
