Instructions

2. Bring water to a boil.
3. Place all ingredients into hotel pan - cover with foil.
4. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

6. Fluff with fork & serve.

Notes

**1 pound dry brown rice = 2 1/2 cups dry measure
