Instructions

1. Scrub & peel potatoes until about half of the skin is removed.
2. Cut into uniform pieces.
3. Boil in large pot for 20-30 minutes or until tender.
4. Drain potatoes & place in mixer bowl.
5. Mash until smooth.
6. Add warmed milk & margarine.
7. Whip on high speed until light & creamy.
