Instructions

1. Add flour to the first amount of broth & blend - stir in pepper & onion.
2. Add remaining warm broth gradually - stirring constantly with a wire whisk until smooth.
3. Cook, string constantly with wire whisk, until smooth & thickened.
4. Bring to a simmer for at least 2 minutes.

Notes

**Use juice from meat it will be used with, if available - use low sodium beef base to prepare broth if unable to use meat juice.
**Use low sodium beef broth with beef dishes & low sodium chicken broth with chicken dishes.
