1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine dry ingredients in mixer bowl - blend on low speed using fat beater.
3. Combine eggs, milk, & oil - add to try ingredients & mix on low speed only until dry ingredients are moistened.
4. Pour into greased baking pan or use scoop to fill muffin tins.
5. Bake for 15-35 minutes depending on pan size.
