Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
3. Place bread crumbs on a sheet pan & toast in oven for 5 minutes.
4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter - stir in four & cook, stirring, 1 minute.
5. Add milk - cook & stir until mixture boils, cook for 2 minutes more.
6. Stir in 3 1/2 lbs cheese & ham - add to cooked pasta & str.
7. Top with remaining cheese & bread crumbs.

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again
after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher.
