Instructions

**Purchase pre-cooked 3 oz chicken breasts or cook 4 oz raw chicken breasts
**Can use penne or fettuccine noodles
1. Thaw chicken breasts.
2. Prepare alfredo sauce according to package directions (should total about 2 gallons of prepared sauce).
3. Cook penne noodles according to package directions - drain & hold until service.
4. Cut chicken breasts into strips - place in pan with hot chicken broth & hold until service (no more than 30 minutes prior to service).
5. Just before serving, mix noodles & alfredo sauce together.
6. Serve 1/2-3/4 cup noodles topped with 3 oz chicken strips. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp parmesan cheese per serving.

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again
after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher.
