Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, & green pepper in canola oil until tender.
3. Add dry mustard & str.
4. Mix sautéed ingredients with remaining ingredients in appropriate steam table pan.
5. Cover with aluminum foil.
6. Bake in oven until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
7. Hot hold at 135°F or higher until ready to serve.

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher.
