Instructions

1. Wash hands & use clean gloves.
2. Wash, drain, & prepare vegetables.
3. Tear greens into bite-sized pieces - mix, cover, & refrigerate  until time to assemble & serve salads.
4. Wash & dice tomatoes - cover & refrigerate until time to assemble & serve salads.
5. When ready to serve - combine tomatoes with lettuce & portion 2 cup servings on large bowls or plates.
6. Top with Taco Meat & Bean Mixture as indicated in separate recipe.
7. Serve with 1 oz tortilla chips.
