Instructions

1. Drain pineapple - reserve juice.
2. Wash, remove seeds & ribs, and dice green peppers.
3. Wash and slice onions.
4. Cube lean pork loin into bite-sized pieces.
5. Brown pork cubes.
6. Combine water, soy sauce, ginger, & cornstarch - add pineapple juice & cook in pan until clear & slightly thick,
7. Combine sauce & browned meat - cook for 30 minutes.
8. Add pineapple chunks, green pepper, & onion - cook for 10-15 minutes.
9. Serve 1 cup over 1/2 cup rice.
