Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, & onions - mix on low speed until blended (do not over-mix).
3. Portion meatballs using #16 scoop.
4. Place in a single layer on baking pans & brown in oven for 15-20 minutes.
5. Transfer meatballs to counter pans.
6. Combine condensed cream of mushroom soup with hot water & pour over meatballs.
7. Turn oven down to 350°F & bake for 1 hour.
8. Serve 2 meatballs & 1-2 oz (1/8-1/4 cup) soup gravy per serving.

**4 eggs = 1 cup liquid eggs
