Instructions
1. Saute ground turkey with celery in greased pan for 8-10 minutes.
2. Stir in soup & water.
3. Add rice & parsley fakes - mix well to combine.
4. Lower heat, cover, & simmer for 6-8 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in sour cream.
6. Continue simmering for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve 1 cup per serving.
Notes
**May substitute turkey with lean ground chicken or beef.
