Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place chicken breasts on baking sheet - season with 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning & 1 tbsp spaghetti sauce per breast.
3. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
4. Cook rotini in boiling water until al dente - drain.
5. Add mozzarella cheese, black olives, & 2/3 of spaghetti sauce to the cooked rotini - place in hotel pan to keep hot.
6. Serve 1/2 cup rotini & 1 chicken breast per serving.
