Instructions

**Can substitute frozen strawberries - may take longer to cook down
1. In a large pan, combine sugar & cornstarch - gradually stir in water.
2. Wash & prepare strawberries - add to sugar mixture.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
4. Boil for 1-5 minutes until strawberries cook down & mixture has a shiny appearance.
5. If mixture is not thick enough, add additional cornstarch dissolved in water - until desired consistency reached.
6. Serve 1/4 cup (2 oz) per serving.

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again

Cooking :
