Instructions
1. Bring large pot of water to a boil - add a little bit of olive oil & salt.
2. Add noodles when water is boiling - boil for 11-13 minutes.
3. Drain noodles & run cold water over noodles.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, vinegar, sweetened condensed milk, & mayo - set aside.
5. Wash & chop carrots & green peppers - add to pasta.
6. Pour sauce over noodles & vegetables.
7. Stir everything together.
8. Serve 1/2 cup per serving.
Notes
Food Handling :
