Instructions

**Can substitute low sodium cream of celery soup, if desired
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Divide hash browns between 4 4 inch steamtable pans (for 120 servings).
3. Mix together remaining ingredients except paprika.
4. Divide mixture among pans & mix.
5. Sprinkle paprika over top.
6. Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours or until slightly brown on top.

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again
after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 135 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher.
