Instructions

Baked Potatoes - order Baker Russets:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Scrub & dry potatoes.
3. Wrap potatoes in potato wrappers.
4. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
5. Remove potato from boil & cut in half.
6. Serve 1/2 potato per person.
Sweet Potatoes - may need to purchase at local store (can get 2-3 servings per potato):
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Scrub & dry potatoes.
3. Wrap potatoes in potato wrappers.
4. Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender (may take longer depending on size).
5. Remove potato from foil & cut in half or thirds (depending on side of potato).
6. Serve 1/3-1/2 potato per serving (about 1/2 cup).

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again

Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 135 F for 15 seconds.
