Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Beat eggs.
3. Mix all liquid ingredients together.
4. Add bread crumbs (can substitute oats) - let soak until absorbed.
5. Add remaining ingredients.
6. Shape into meatballs using #16 scoop or form loaves for meatloaf.
7. Bake for 1-1 1/2 hours.
8. Serve 3 oz per portion.
Notes
Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again

- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 155 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
