Instructions

1. Wash & prepare vegetables; drain & rinse beans.
2. Pour oil into large saucepan.
3. Add ground turkey, onion, green pepper, & garlic - cook & stir, breaking meat apart, until meat is brown & vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in beans, pumpkin, tomatoes, broth, water, brown sugar, & taco seasoning.
5. Bring to a boil - reduce heat, cover, & simmer for 1 hour.

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again
after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher.
