Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Pan fry pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, just enough to brown them. Transfer to a hotel pan after searing in the juices.
  3. Mix celery soup with water & pour over pork chops - recover with foil.
  4. Baking for 1 1/2 – 2 hours or more until tender & pork chops reach 155°F.
