Instructions

**Can substitute any type of beans desired
1. Drain & rinse beans; wash & prepare vegetables.
2. In a large saucepan, brown pork with onion.
3. Add cumin, chili powder, pepper, garlic powder, & oregano.
4. Add beans, corn, broth, & green chilies.
5. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat, cover, & simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

Food Handling :
- Wash hands immediately before engaging in food preparation and again
after engaging in any activities that contaminate the hands.
- Single gloves should be used for only one task and then discarded.
Cooking :
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165 F for 15 seconds.
Holding :
- Hold for hot service at an internal temperature of 135 F or higher.
