Instructions

1. Drain & rinse beans.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Combine beans, green onions, lemon juice, & cumin in a bowl.
4. Rub chicken breasts with chili powder & pepper..
5. Cook chicken in skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes - turn & cook until done, about 4-5 minutes longer.
6. Let chicken cool - slice into strips or chunks.
7. Divide grated cheese evenly between tortillas - top with equal amounts of chicken & black bean salsa mixture.
8. Roll up burritos & wrap each one in foil.
9. Bake burritos until cheese melts, about 15 minutes.
10. Serve 1 burrito per person.

Notes

Food Handling :
