South Dakota Adult Nutrition Program

The purpose of the Nutrition Program is to reduce hunger, food insecurity, and malnutrition of older adults,  promote socialization, promote the health and well-being, by assisting them in gaining access to nutrition and other disease prevention and health related services, and delay adverse health conditions among older individuals.

Hot Meals

Hot, nutritious meals are served every weekday. These meals meet one-third of an older person's dietary needs. Plus, they are affordable, delicious, and offer variety!

Socialization

Our group dining atmosphere offer a great socialization opportunity! Daily fellowship is important in an active and healthy lifestyle, especially for those who are home-bound.

Volunteer Hours

We also offer an opportunity to help others by assisting with the program. We are always looking for volunteers!
